bannana chocolate bundle

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 medium ripe bananas, halved lengthwise                                             

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted

Vanilla ice cream, option

Directions                                       

• Preheat oven to 400°. In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet,
• melt butter
• over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until blended. Add
• 
  
• bananas; stir to coat. Remove from heat; set aside.
• 
  
• Unfold puff pastry; cut into 4 rectangles. Place a halved banana in center
• of each square. Overlap 2 opposite corners of pastry over
• banana; pinch tightly to seal. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.

Bake until golden brown,

20-25 minutes. Drizzle with chocolate. Serve warm, with ice cream if desired

1 serving: 596 calories, 31g fat (12g saturated fat), 15mg cholesterol,

249mg sodium, 78g carbohydrate (35g sugars, 8g fiber), 7g protein.

My favourite drinks are coke, fanta, sprite, flavoured water, juice and

peach tea cold

The books I love are Ella diaries, ivy and scarlett , all about famous people.

                    THE OCEAN EXPLORER KIDS

One day there were a group of kids in the ocean playing happily . when one of the kids decided 

to call there group the ocean explorer kids so they all dove underwater ans started looking on of

 the kids found old sunglasses . 2 kids found 10 and 20cent coins and the rest of them found trash and rubbish . then they came out of the water and decided to meet back up in 3 weeks ....... 3 weeks later  we all here lets go in the water but were missing someone who cares .but little did they know he was in the water all ready searching for things
